Contract Terms

Price Adjustments

We reserve the right to adjust pricing annually based on inflation and feature additions. However, your rate is locked for your initial contract term. We provide 60 days notice before any price changes take effect.

Showing one-size-fits-all prices would be misleading. Instead, we create custom quotes based on your specific requirements, ensuring you only pay for what you need.

Most customers receive a detailed quote within 24 hours. For complex multi-country or enterprise requirements, it may take 48 hours. If you're in a hurry, schedule a 15-minute call and we can give you a ballpark estimate on the spot.

Absolutely. Many customers start with our Starter tier and upgrade to Professional as they grow. You can change tiers at any time. Changes typically take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we'll prorate any differences.

Correct. You pay a flat monthly subscription based on your tier. Process 50 declarations or 5,000 declarations - same price. We believe per-transaction pricing creates misaligned incentives. We want you to succeed, and that means processing more customs transactions efficiently.

After your initial contract term (12 months for Starter/Professional, 24-36 months for Enterprise), you can cancel with 30 days notice. You'll have 90 days to export all your data in standard formats. We never hold your data hostage. That said, our retention rate is over 95% - most customers stay because the system delivers value.

Yes. Pay annually in advance and receive a 10% discount off your total subscription. This is available for all tiers. Enterprise customers may qualify for additional volume discounts on multi-year contracts.
