How it works:

6. P4 shows the result from both systems immediately

Yes, you can keep working. P4 automatically detects when VUCE is unavailable.

What happens:

• P4 notifies you: "VUCE temporarily unavailable"
• Your declarations are saved in a local queue
• P4 automatically retries every 10 minutes
• When VUCE comes back, P4 submits all queued declarations
• You receive a notification for each successful submission

In the meantime: You can prepare declarations, classify goods, upload documents, generate reports, work on invoicing, and work on other functions.

VUCE uptime: Historically 99.2%. Most outages are < 3 hours (scheduled overnight maintenance).

Setup:

• Each broker has their own VUCE credentials
• Each broker has their own DIAN digital certificate
• Declarations are assigned to the corresponding broker
• Automatic digital signature by the assigned broker
• Electronic invoicing generated with the correct broker's data

Use case: A brokerage with 4 authorized brokers. Client A prefers Broker 1, Client B prefers Broker 2. P4 handles this automatically and generates correct DIAN documents.

Security: Each broker can only sign with their own DIAN digital certificate. There is no confusion and no invoicing errors.
